    Assisted travel

    Our aim is to create an accessible service which is inclusive of all our customers and their needs. Our dedicated Assisted Travel Team offers travel support by providing journey and booking information and, subject to availability, they can support with booking reasonable adjustments and access requirements such as reserving you a front seat and/or the dedicated wheelchair space.

    To discuss any adjustments or accessibility requirements you may have, you can contact our Assisted Travel Team here. You are not required to book in advance, however wherever possible, if you require assistance please get in touch at least 36 hours before you intend to travel with us.

    Luggage Allowance

    You are allowed 1 piece of soft hand luggage with an addition of 2 medium cases (max 20kg each) or 1 large case (max 20kg). For more details, please click here. You can also add extra luggage to your ticket from £12 in My Account

    Travelling with a coachcard

    If you used a coachcard with your booking you must present this to your driver upon request. Please note, coachcards can only be used by the person named on the card, and are non-transferable. More on coachcards click here.

    Children under 14

    Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult fare paying passenger. Proof of age may be required.
